According to the latest information, during the work of the Holy Synod of the Hierarchy of the Church of Greece, the Metropolitan of Mani, Mr. Chrysostomos III, proposed that the case of the two Archpriests be put on file.
Specifically, he asked for the major benefit of the Church that no interrogations and trial be held against the Bishops of Aetolia Cosmas and Kythera Seraphim.
Immediately after the proposal of Saint Mani, in a spirit of love and unity, various opinions were heard from the Archpriests, while His Beatitude also took a stand on the issue.
According to the information, after the statements and the discussion within the Hierarchy on this issue, the High Priests noted that it is imperative not to disturb the unity of the Church.
Finally, it should be noted that the mood that prevailed in the Hierarchy was that the Church should never again experience such a temptation that would hurt Her Body.
