With 1,787 tourists on board, the MSC cruise ship Lirica docked at the port of Rhodes today at 9 a.m., kicking off the new year.
It is the first cruise ship of the year, and local authorities welcomed it at 10 a.m.; a small event was also held on board for the exchange of gifts.
According to the data, the passengers are Italian, French, Spanish, American, and British passengers, many of whom will go on excursions around the island, while the rest will tour the Old Town and the New Town.
