The Municipality of Kythera announces that on the 1st of April of the year 2024 on Monday at 13:00 p.m. (deadline for submission of tenders) via ESIDES, an open electronic tender will be held under the limits of Law 4412/2016 with the award criterion of the most economically advantageous offer only on the basis of price (lowest price) for the appointment of the contractor for the execution of the project: «ROAD CONSTRUCTION ΔΙΑΚΟΠOΎΛΙΛΙVΊA - KARAVAS». The financial offer of the tenderers will be drawn up and submitted using the system of individual discount rates by price groups, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 par. 2(a) of the Law 4412/2016, with a check of the normality of the individual discount rates.
