Ukrainian artillery struck a residential area again in Donetsk killing one civilian and wounding three others. The leader of the «Donetsk People’s Republic,» Denis Pushilin, stated, for his part, that «all territories (of the province) will be liberated with the support of the Russia». «For Donbas, this means an opportunity for life and economic development,» he added.
Moscow also reports missile attacks on Belgorod, a city of strategic importance on the Russian border.
