KIPA and Dynamo Kythira against wind farms in Kythira

Below is a Press Release on the joint actions of the two organisations.

The Kythira Foundation for Culture and Development (KIPA) in cooperation with the Kythira Citizen Movement-Dynamo Kythira,

publishes the Bank Account that it has created in order for friends, members, and anyone else who wants to contribute, to deposit for the legal struggles against the installation of industrial wind power plants in Kythera, as provided for in its statutes.

We ask everyone who loves and cares for the natural and cultural environment of the island to participate in the great struggle with their financial contribution.

Every deposit, large or small, is valuable, especially in the difficult period we are going through.

For each payment, a corresponding receipt will be issued and sent to the depositor.

The KIPA is a Public Benefit Foundation established by Decree 1363/14.9.06 and is therefore subject to the legal control of the state, but also to the control of the Board of Directors of the Trifyllion Foundation providing full financial control.

The Kythirean Foundation for Culture and Development (KIPA), as part of its new collaboration with the Dynamo Citizens Group, announces the creation of a Bank account which will enable its Friends, Members as well as anyone else who so wishes to contribute towards the legal fights against the installation of industrial wind farms on Kythira.

We are appealing to everyone who loves and cares for the natural and cultural environment of the island to donate.

Any financial contribution, no matter how small or big, is invaluable, especially in the difficult period we are in.

A receipt will accompany each bank deposit.

KIPA is a Social Institute that has been founded, under Presidential Decree 1363/14.9.06 , therefore it is subject to the state legal auditing, as well as inspected by the Governing Board of the Trifylleion Foundation, which enables a comprehensive audit control.
