The decision of the Mayor of Kythira, Efstratios Charhalakis, to define the responsibilities of each employee of the municipal services was posted on Diafgeia.
The decision was also published on the Municipality's website and communicated to all Municipality employees and to the Presidents and Representatives of Local
Communities, as well as to the Deputy Mayors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, with proof of receipt.
The working hours for all municipal employees are those specified in the applicable legislation and relevant ministerial decisions, and strict adherence to these hours is mandatory.
Special Associates and Special Advisors report directly to the Mayor and are not part of the municipal hierarchy, in accordance with the specific legislation governing these positions.
