Following the public’s enthusiastic response to the “Ferbolite” exhibition, the Center for Traditional and Contemporary Art continues its activities with a new exhibition dedicated to the richness of Greek folk tradition and decorative arts.
The exhibition will be held at the Potamos Cultural Center, courtesy of the Holy Metropolis of Kythira, from July 31 to August 2, with hours of operation from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
It will then be moved to the Kato Karava Elementary School, where it will be open from August 6 to 20, every Monday and Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover works inspired by Greek folk painting and traditional decorative arts—creations that highlight our creativity, memory, and our cultural heritage.
Works inspired by Greek folk tradition, folk painting, and traditional decorative motifs.
