in a special mixed (in person and by videoconference via the ZOM platform in real time), meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythera, which will be held in the «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» room of the Kythera Town Hall and will be held in person, on 10/01/2025, on Friday, at 16:00 p.m:
Please submit in writing to the Bureau of the Municipal Council, (email: depitropi@kythira.gr) the issues for discussion which relate to the work carried out by the Municipal Authority until Friday 03 January 2025 at 14:00 p.m.
We also inform you that:
1.Each councillor may raise up to one (1) item.
2.If a total of more than ten (10) items have been submitted, a public draw shall be held by the Bureau for the items to be discussed and which shall be included in the agenda.
3.The agenda shall include up to three (3) items proposed by majority councillors.
4.In addition to the above ten (10) issues, up to two (2) issues may be discussed if they have been raised by the presidents of the municipal communities. If more than two (2) items have been submitted by the presidents of municipal communities, then a drawing of lots shall be held.
The questions should exclusively concern the activities of the Municipal Authority as the accountability meetings have an exclusively reporting content and concern the discussion on issues/projects/actions of the Municipal Authority that have already been carried out.
