- The Avlemonas-Paleopolis desalination plant with a capacity of 300 km/d (TRITSIS Program) will be put out to tender within the year.
- A disabled access ramp to the sea has been installed at Paleopolis beach.
- The three parking areas in Avlemonas were transferred to the Municipality of Kythira by Echnori Property, while the Municipality and Echnori strongly defend their ownership against a private individual's legal appeal.
