για την επιλογή αναδόχου κατασκευής έργου:
«Εκμετάλλευση νέας γεώτρησης στη θέση Αγριοσυκία Αγίας Πελαγίας και αντικατάσταση παλαιού καταθλιπτικού αγωγού από την δεξαμενή Λιναροβροχίων στη δεξαμενή Βίγλα Κυθήρων»
Ο Municipality of Kythira declares that the 23η of the month May of the year 2022 day Monday and time 10:00 AM. (λήξη υποβολής των προσφορών) μέσω του ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, θα διεξαχθεί ανοικτός ηλεκτρονικός διαγωνισμός κάτω των ορίων του Ν. 4412/2016 με κριτήριο ανάθεσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά μόνο βάσει τιμής (χαμηλότερη τιμή) για την ανάδειξη αναδόχου εκτέλεσης εργασιών του έργου «Εκμετάλλευση νέας γεώτρησης στη θέση Αγριοσυκία Αγίας Πελαγίας και αντικατάσταση παλαιού καταθλιπτικού αγωγού από την δεξαμενή Λιναροβροχίων στη δεξαμενή Βίγλα Κυθήρων». The financial offer of the tenderers, will be prepared and submitted with the bid system of individual discount rates by price groups, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 par. 2(a) of Law 4412/2016, with a check of the normality of the individual discount rates.

The project consists of the following categories of work: a) category ΕΚΣΚΑΦΕΣ ΕΠΙΧΩΣΕΙΣ, with a budget of 47.516,59 € (work charge, G&E) b) category ΣΚΥΡΟΔΕΜΑΤΑ-ΤΟΙΧΟΠΟΙΙΕΣ ΕΠΙΧΡΙΣΜΑΤΑ-ΣΙΔΗΡΕΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΕΣ-ΧΡΩΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΙ, with a budget of 10.459,76 € (work charge, G&E) c) category ΣΩΛΗΝΩΣΕΙΣ –ΔΙΚΤΥΑ-Η/Μ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ, with a budget of 58.414,72 € (work charge, G&E
The budget of the works put out to tender for the project, based on the study with visa number 20/2022 from the TEXTUAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT FOR ISLAND MUNICIPALITIES of the REGIONAL UNIT OF ISLANDS of the REGION OF ATTICA, amounts to 145.161,29 ΕΥΡΩ (χωρίς Φ.Π.Α.) and in the amount of 180.000,00 ΕΥΡΩ (με Φ.Π.Α.).
Interested parties may consult and receive the contract documents of the tender (Declaration, Specifications, etc.) at the special, publicly accessible, area “electronic tenders” of the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr as well as at the website of the Municipality https://kythira.gr/.
Participation is open to natural or legal persons, or associations of such persons, who are active for projects of the following categories ΥΔΡΑΥΛΙΚΑ installed in:
(a) a Member State of the Union,
b) in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA),
(c) in third countries which have signed and ratified the SAA, to the extent that the public contract to be awarded is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes of the Union-related Annex I to that Agreement; and
(d) third countries not falling under point (c) of this paragraph which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union in the field of public procurement procedures.
An economic operator participates either individually or as a member of an association. Associations of economic operators shall participate under the conditions set out in paragraphs (a) and (b). 2, 3 and 4 of Article 19 and paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 19. 1 (e) and 3 (b) of Article 76 of Law No. 76. 4412/2016. Such associations are not required to have a specific legal form in order to submit a tender. In case the association is awarded the contract, its legal form must be such that the existence of a single tax register for the association is ensured (e.g. joint venture)
Participation in the tender procedure requires the submission by the participating economic operators, in accordance with the conditions set out in par. 1 a) of Article 72 of Law No. 4412/2016, a letter of guarantee of participation, amounting to the sum of 2.903,23 euro. The participation guarantee must be valid for at least thirty (30) days after the expiry of the tender validity period. The minimum period of validity of tenders shall be, nine (9) months from the closing date for the submission of tenders.
Tenders shall be submitted by interested parties electronically, through the portal www.promitheus.qov.gr the ESHES in an electronic subsystem file by the deadline of 23/05/2022 day Δευτέρα και ώρα 10:00 π.μ. The financial offer form, to be completed by the tenderers, is generated by the special electronic form of the subsystem.
Candidate contractors are required to provide all the supporting documents required by the relevant provisions on public procurement.
The date and time of the electronic opening of tenders shall be 26/05/2022, day Thursday and time 10:00 am.
The deadline for completion of the project is οκτώ (8) μήνες from the date of signature of the contract.

The result of the auction will be approved by the Economic Committee of the Municipality of Kythera.
Requests for clarification shall be submitted electronically by 16/05/2022 and are published on the website of the competition through the Internet portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, of the E.S.H.E.D.I.S.
