Ο Mayor of Kythira Published by auction for the lease of a building that will house the Fire Brigade of Kythera.
The building must have a total area of 150 sqm to 300 sqm (a copy of the floor plan of the property certified by the competent Urban Planning Authority) excluding staircase areas, staircases and public corridors. Indicatively it must include spaces for:
1) a manager's office of approximately 15 sq.m,
2) a male staff accommodation room of approximately 20 sqm,
3) a women's staff accommodation room of approximately 10 sq.m,
4) sanitary facilities for men and women (wc and shower) of approximately 5 sqm each,
5) a telephone booth with a surface of about 10 sqm,
6) kitchen of approximately 10 sqm. Preference will be given to a property that has storage space for materials, fuel, lubricants, generators, etc. of the service.
Interested parties must express their interest within twenty (20) days from the publication of the notice.
