The Tree of Love – Change of venue!

The weather forecast for the coming weekend forces us to move the event from the area of the Renaissance Conservatory in Livadi to the hall of the Kytheraikos Association in Chora of Kythera on Saturday 16 December 2023 at 3 p.m.

We are particularly grateful to the Kythiraikos Association for the kind concession of the hall.

The tree of love opens its branches in Kythera and is waiting for you to decorate it! It is a charity event, idea and sponsored by Mrs. Irini Vlachou, organized by the Anagenis Kythera Conservatory and the choir Kefthos. Our goal is for the children of our island to feel the spirit of Christmas, solidarity and the joy of giving.

Recognizing the great work of ELPIDA - Association of Friends of Children with Cancer, the proceeds will be donated to the association's causes.

The celebration will be accompanied artistically by the Choir of Kefthos, the Philharmonic of Potamos Kythera, the Children's Choir of the Anagenis Conservatory and its students, with musical and theatrical events.

Young and old alike will have the opportunity to... offer, by buying handmade Christmas balls with which we will decorate the Tree of Love.

Treats will be offered and Santa Claus will distribute gifts to our little friends.
