On Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 8:30 p.m., in Stai Square in Chora, Kythira, the Kythira Association of Athens closed the summer events in Kythira with a special music and dance event, under the auspices of the Municipality of Kythira.
The historical male Commercial Bank Choir, Following an invitation from the Kythira Association of Athens, he honored our island by giving an exceptional concert under the September full moon, performing songs by Greek composers under the musical direction of the renowned Maestro Stavros Beris. A special moment was the presentation of Giorgos Katsaros« song »Ta Kythira" performed by a choir.
The second part of the event included Kythirian dances performed by the dance group of the Kythirian Association.
The square was filled with Kythirians and friends of Kythira, who enthusiastically applauded the event.
