The criminal lawyer Apostolos Lytras is wanted by the Police in order to be arrested after his wife filed a complaint against him, last night, for violating the restraining conditions imposed on him, after the incident of domestic violence that occurred between them on Sunday morning.
Mr. Lytra's ex-wife is also detained, following a complaint filed against her by his current wife for breach of domestic peace and insult.
According to information, last night there was a great uproar when Mr. Lytra's ex-wife went to the house of his current wife in order to get some of the lawyer's personal belongings. In fact, Mr. Lytra's former wife activated the panic button and as a result, police forces arrived immediately at the place and took everyone to the local police station.
«Lawsuits have been filed. A self-incrimination procedure will be followed normally. One person from the perpetrator's family is being detained and will be taken to the prosecutor's office accordingly. There are also lawsuits to the perpetrator,» ELAS spokeswoman Constantia Demoglidou told ANT1.
