On Saturday, December 24, 2022, on Christmas Eve in the afternoon, AdelinFM was at the cavernous Church of Our Lady of Spiliotissa in Mitata, where a solemn archpriestly vespers and a celebration of the Eucharist was held, presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim of Kythera with the Priests Georgios Adikimenakis and Panagiotis Sklavos.
In the cave next to the church, with the presence of many children and the care of the village priest, Father George Adikimenakis, the representation of the Birth of the Divine Child took place.
The re-enactment in this special place along with the Christmas hymns filled everyone's hearts with unique emotions that we all need during these Holy Days. The ceremony was organized by the Parish of the Holy Trinity of Mitata in collaboration with the ”Myrtia” Recreational Association.
