O president of SYRIZA - PC Alexis Tsipras, taking the floor in the House of Representatives, testified a motion of no confidence (censure) against the government.
He stressed that the government has proved incapable of dealing with any crisis and must leave as soon as possible.

What applies to the motion of no confidence
In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the House, «the debate on the motion of confidence or no-confidence shall begin two days after the motion has been tabled, unless the Government, in the case of a motion of no-confidence, requests that the debate, which may not be extended beyond three days from its opening, be opened immediately.».
Also, «the vote on the motion of confidence or no-confidence shall take place as soon as the debate is over, but may be postponed for forty-eight hours if the Government so requests».
Finally, «a motion of confidence may not be accepted unless it is approved by an absolute majority of the Members present, which may not be less than two fifths of the total number of Members. A motion of censure shall be admissible only if it is adopted by an absolute majority of the total number of Members.
