Approval of Balance Sheet & Income Statement for the year 2024
Discharge of liability of the members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2024
In the event that a quorum is not achieved in the 14-12-2025, the General Assembly will meet without a new invitation, at the same place, on the same day and at the same time the following week, i.e. on 21-12-2025, with the same agenda items.
