The complaint describes all the events that took place, according to the complainant, and specifically that the actor-director approached him in Metaxourgeio Square, with the promise that she would help him make a name for himself in the art world by introducing him to her circle of acquaintances. At the same time, it is reported that they often went to concerts and that the actor eventually raped him at his home. The victim also mentions other children whom the accused would invite to his home.
