Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis sent a strong message to Turkey from Tanagra, during the delivery ceremony of the fifth F-16 Viper.
«To know that they can wake up and land in harsh reality. The more they raise their voices, the lower their credibility and any ‘youroussi’ can become a disorderly retreat in front of the triangle of international law, our powerful Armed Forces and our international alliances,’ the prime minister said, responding to the Turkish president's recent threats against Greece.
The Prime Minister stressed that by the end of 2023 Greece will have taken delivery of all 24 Rafale aircraft.
«The Greek skies are shielded as never before, at the same time that our neighbours have been holistically blocked by fifth generation fighters», the Prime Minister stressed.
