A decrease in bad weather and generally improved weather is expected on Sunday. According to the meteo of the National Observatory of Athens, the temperature will range from -6 to 5 degrees in Northern Greece (in Western Macedonia from -11 to 2 degrees), -5 to 7 degrees in Central and Southern Greece, -1 to 10 degrees in Western Greece (in Epirus from -6 to 6 degrees), 0 to 8 degrees in the Cyclades and Crete, -2 to 6 degrees in the East Aegean islands and 2 to 9 degrees in the Dodecanese.
Winds will blow in the Aegean from northerly directions light to almost moderate 3-4 Beaufort and in the southeastern Aegean moderate 5 Beaufort, while in the Ionian Sea initially from easterly directions almost moderate 4 Beaufort, but will gradually weaken and blow from variable directions light.
Cloudy, partly increased, with local snowfall in the coastal areas and occasional local snowfall in the rest of the prefecture are expected in Attica. Frost will occur in the evening and early morning hours. The temperature will range from -1 to 7 degrees Celsius, but in the north it will be 2-3 degrees lower.
