The new voucher programme for unemployed people of the OAED is in its final stage. According to what has been announced, training vouchers will be given in the amount of €2,250 each to 10,000 unemployed people, aged 30-49. Specifically, the programme provides to the beneficiaries financial support through an education allowance for a total amount of EUR 2 520 through Check entry for young people, and includes both a theoretical training programme and the acquisition of professional experience in technical professions and cutting-edge sectors.

All interested parties should submit an online application form and expression of interest until 1 February 2021 where and the deadline for submitting applications. Applications for the voucher submitted only by unemployed persons here.

The beneficiaries

Eligibility to participate in the Action and therefore to submit «Application for Participation» for registration in the Register of Beneficiaries, which will be established by the ED NSRF APKO, are unemployed persons who meet the following conditions:

Be registered in the Unemployment Registers of the OAED, whether or not they receive unemployment benefit or not and are outside Education, Employment and Training.
Be born from 1.10.1971 up to 31.12.1990.
They must be graduates of at least compulsory secondary education. It is noted that in case the secondary school leaving certificate or secondary education diploma or other equivalent or higher qualification was obtained abroad, an official translation and an act of recognition is required.

To voucher

Through the «Training Voucher», the beneficiary will have the opportunity to receive vocational counselling services, continuous vocational training and certification of the knowledge and skills acquired in the framework of the training.

The payment of the education allowance shall be made by Mreach beneficiary who completes the training programme and the related counselling and certification of knowledge and skills provided by the training provider.

According to the notice of the programme, the trainee is entitled to receive a total training allowance, which is divided into a theory allowance and a practical training allowance, with a total value of two thousand five hundred and twenty euros. (2.520,00€).

The theoretical training allowance for each trainee shall amount to a total ofε 1.000,00€ (For a period of time: 200 hours X 5 €/hour). The traineeship allowance for each trainee amounts to a total of 1.520,00€, (For a period of time: 380 hours X 4€/hour).

Which sectors are concerned

Subject of training is the provision of vocational counselling, continuing vocational training (theoretical training and practical training) and certification services in 10.000 unemployed registered with the OAED, aged 30-49 years old in the technical professions:
