According to the notices already posted, those liable to pay the traffic taxes 2021 are required to have paid them until 31 December 2020.
How to pay your road tax
In this year's notice for the payment of the fees, there is a built-in QR code. The taxpayer scans the code and pays via mobile banking, without having to write down the payment code and the amount.

avoiding visiting the branches of banks and Greek banks
Post Office.
If a citizen is not familiar with the internet, he or she can use the QR Code on the automatic payment machines when visiting the bank.

On the site of the Hellenic Revenue Service, www.aade.gr, you choose:

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CODE ON myTAXISNET:
Citizens - vehicles - traffic fees without TAXISnet codes
Business - tax services - vehicles - road tax without
TAXISnet codes.
The fines
Registration fees will have to be paid by the end of the year, as every year, except of course for those who will submit their plates by 31 December and immobilise their vehicle.
Otherwise, late payment will result in a fine of 100% of the fees due on the vehicle.
Example: If a vehicle is subject to a registration fee of EUR 120, in the case of their late payment, a fine equal to that amount is provided for. Therefore, the owner of the vehicle in question will pay a total amount of EUR 240 (120+120 = 240 euros).
