The government has submitted a new amendment to the Parliament which provides support for the media.
Specifically, Join and for the year 2021 in the financial support programmes for newspaper publishing companies, the partial or total coverage of the employer's contribution of 2% of the annual turnover of the company to the Unified Journalistic Organization of Social Security and Health Care (E.D.O.E.E.A.P.). [Paragraph b’ of Article 1(1) of Article 2 of Law 24/1967].
At the same time, extends and in the year 2021 the possibility for liable companies, to adjust their debts to E.D.O.E.E.A.P.. arising from employers' contribution in up to seventy-two (72) installments with a minimum installment amount of one hundred (100) euros. with exemption of fines and late submission and payment surcharges.
