The application process for participation in the large written competition of the AΣEP, which is expected to be held in March 2023 for 5,124 permanent positions in public institutions, started today, Friday.
Applications for notice 2C/2022 are to be submitted online at the AUEP website (www.asep.gr) by Tuesday 20 December 2022, at 14:00.
In their online application, candidates must state in their online application form their qualifications (diplomas, licences or registration certificates, certificates), the post codes, the sectors/specialisations and any additional qualifications required.
You must be qualified on the closing date for online applications.
The competition is open to candidates of University and Technological Education (PE and TE respectively), including graduates with qualifications obtained abroad, provided that they have an act of recognition from Istituto Candidato, or FORTH or a certificate of recognition from IOATAP.
A deposit of three euros is required together with the application form, which can be obtained electronically via the electronic deposit application (e-Paravolo) from the website of the General Secretariat for Information Systems (www.gsis.gr) or the AUEP.
Candidates will be tested on general knowledge and a test of skills and work efficiency. The examination for both courses will be based on multiple-choice questions.
The weighting factors are 50% for each course. The marks for the written procedure are set on a scale of 1-100 and successful candidates will be those who pass the pass mark set at 55 marks for each course/test and overall.
The successful candidates will be included in a ranking list by category and branch/specialty (first stage), in order to participate, in a second stage, in calls for applications for positions in corresponding branches/specialties in public bodies - central administration, Decentralized Administrations, independent authorities, NΠΔΔ, NΠIΔ, under the supervision of the Ministry and local authorities of first and second degree.
Of the total number of posts, 3.502 are for successful candidates in the category of TE, 1.565 for successful candidates in the category of TE and 57 posts for Special Scientific Personnel (SSP). The detailed breakdown of posts by institution, headquarters, category and sector/specialty will be made in the second stage notices.
