An ambitious proposal for the development of Kythera is reiterated in a letter by architect and engineer Panos Hatzigiannis, based on three central interventions that could transform the island. The proposal, submitted as an updated version of an earlier study, aims to increase the population of Kythera, improve transport and tourism infrastructure, and harness renewable energy sources.
