The Omicron mutation is predominant in our country, Health Minister Thanos Plevris said during today's briefing on the decisions to open schools and the health protocols that are being activated.
The Minister of Health announced that «we have come to an agreement with the association of Greek clinics and immediately we will be allocated by private clinics from 10-15% of their ordinary beds in order to manage covid passages».
He also announced that schools will be opened in a way that is safe for all children and school workers.
Schools will open normally on Monday 10 January, said Education Minister Niki Kerameos.
