A 35-year-old man, who had gone to snorkel, died last night in a sea area of the Magnesia. The tragic incident happened on a beach near the Nies, in the western Pagasitikos, when the 35-year-old was found dead by his father, who was looking for him because he had not returned in time to worry his relatives.
The father, with the assistance of the vessel «Agia Triada», started searching the area until they found the 35-year-old in Sares Bay, in Nies.
The investigation and the preliminary investigation is carried out by the Amaliapolis Port Department and an autopsy was ordered to determine the exact cause of death of the 35-year-old.
