In the presence of a large number of people, the presentation of the book of the author of the book "The Pitsinianikon of Kythera" took place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 7.30 in the afternoon, in the square of the village of Pitsinianikon, in the presence of a large number of people. Konstantinou C. Calligerou, lawyer, entitled: «The Criminal Consideration of the Trial of Christ».
The event took place in the presence of His Eminence, Metropolitan Seraphim of Kythera-Antikythera, elected representatives of the Municipality of Kythera, members of clubs and associations of Kythera, numerous Kytherians and visitors of the island.
The book was introduced by George P. Kasimatis, known to us as Drymoniatis, a chartered accountant, author and publisher of the book.
The book was presented by Eleni I. Kastri, attorney, who holds a postgraduate degree in criminal procedure and is the scientific editor of the book, Anastasios P. Pilias, attorney, doctor of law of the University of Athens in the Department of Ecclesiastical Law and the son of Konstantinos Kalligeros, Peter G. Kasimatis, attorney-at-law, PhD in Law (Civil Procedure).
The evening concluded with discussions and exchange of views among the attendees, who had the opportunity to talk to the author personally and express their thoughts about his work. The atmosphere was warm and interesting, highlighting the cultural and scientific character of the event, which left the best impressions on all those who attended.
