Special teams that will raid and control the catering establishments, set up by the Hellenic Police. As revealed by OREN's main news bulletin, each police department has been instructed to have a special team to check shops for compliance with health protocols.
According to OREN information, each team will consist of 5-10 police officers, will operate on a 24-hour basis and will inspect restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs, imposing the fines provided for in the EIS, which will be published within the next 48 hours. It has also been ordered that all complaints, even from anonymous citizens, about establishments in breach of the measures will be checked as a matter of priority.
