In «red», level 4 of the country's Epidemiological Map, the following are included Regional Units of Argolida and Evritania, while the validity of the special, local measures is extended in the Regional Units of Achaia, Ilia, Messinia, Heraklion, as well as in the Municipality of Ikaria, after the re-evaluation of the epidemiological data from Committee of Infectious Diseases and the National Committee for Public Health Protection against Covid-19 coronavirus, as part of the epidemiological surveillance of the country per Regional Unit and Municipality on a weekly basis.
The measures in force are as follows:
- Curfew from 01:00 in the evening to 06:00 in the morning, except for reasons of work and serious health reasons.
- Round-the-clock music ban in health and entertainment establishments.
The measures apply from today, Friday 10 September, until Friday 16 September.
As reported by General Secretariat for Civil Protection in a statement, both in these areas, as well as throughout the country, it is prohibited to hold any form of events for any form of consideration, with the physical presence of a crowd of more than 20 people in a private, non-professional space. The administrative fine in case of an infringement ranges from €50,000 to €200,000 for the lessee or concessionaire of the private, non-commercial premises where the event in question has taken place or is taking place.
