The epidemiological load and the limits within which it will move in the near future, is what will shape the recommendations of experts for opening schools. This was stressed, speaking to radio station THEMA 104.6, the Minister of Education, Niki Kerameos.
Mrs Kerameos confirmed the information that the primary schools will open first, with the timeframe set for just before the holidays.
Asked whether they will be rapid test in schools, the Minister of Education said that there is currently no such proposal.
Regarding the distance learning, Niki Kerameos clarified that most of the problems have now been overcome and classes are now being held as normal.
