To the family of the murdered woman Caroline, is awarded temporary custody of her one-year-old daughter, Lydia, according to a prosecutor's decision announced shortly after 12 noon on Monday, 28/06.
With a view to normal physical and mental development of the child, the Public Prosecutor's Office for Minors decided to forward the file to the Volos Prosecutor's Office, which will monitor the exercise of good custody in the small Lydia.
What the decision provides for
Based on the prosecutor's order, parental care is temporarily removed from the father-confessed perpetrator, while his family will be able to see the baby 5 days a month from 10 am to 2 pm in Alonissos and only.
Both parties can appeal against the order within 30 days and the prosecution is obliged within the same period to bring the case to the court which will decide definitively on the issue of custody of the baby within a reasonable period of time.
