By their verdict the judges of Council Petty Magistrates' Court refer to the Dimitri Lignadi on trial for 4 rape underage -young men. The director and actor will be tried by the Mixed Jury Court of Athens, as the judges adopted the proposal of prosecutor, rejecting the director's claims.
In her proposal the prosecutor describes the Lignadi «a dangerous person, with passions and obsessions, inspired by strong anti-social feelings» and evaluating the evidence in the case file considers that «against the accused there are serious indications of guilt for the act of serial rape attributed to him».
The judges ordered the continuation of the director's temporary detention, with the prosecutor having recommended: «The repeated commission of act, the long-standing Action the method he has developed to approach his victims, building with them a relationship of trust and dependence, taking advantage of his social, professional and economic position to lure them, but also of their vulnerable financial and social position, the fact that walking around in public with his underage victims, without any suspension, and his unrepentant attitude to date, demonstrate that this is a person dangerous, with passions and obsessions, possessed of strong anti-social feelings, so that the maintenance of his temporary custody is considered necessary to prevent him from committing new offences».
