Η καρδιά της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης χτυπά στην Αλεξανδρούπολη, από τις 6 έως τις 8 Νοεμβρίου, όπου πραγματοποιείται το ετήσιο συνέδριο της Κεντρικής Ένωσης Δήμων Ελλάδας, της ΚΕΔΕ. O Δήμαρχος Κυθήρων κ. Στράτος Χαρχαλάκης βρέθηκε εκεί και τόνισε ότι ήταν σημαντικές οι ανακοινώσεις του Υπουργού Εσωτερικών ενώ τόνισε ότι θα φύγει προβληματισμένος μετά τα όσα είπε περί αθόρυβου αποικισμού του Έβρου.
