Day 10 of the Olympic Games – Greek participation (05/08)

The presence of Emmanuel Karalis in the final of the pole vault that starts at 20:00 stands out in the «Greek» program of Monday (05/08) during the 10th day of the Olympic Games in Paris. The Greek champion, after the bronze medal at the World Championships and the silver at the European Championships, is looking for «big» jumps at «Paris 2024» to claim another medal.

The track and field has its... honor on Monday (05/08) as at 11:40 am the pole vault qualifiers of Katerina Stefanidi, Eleni Polak (group A) and Ariadne Adamopoulou (group B) will start their efforts, seeking the jumps that will send them to the grand final on Wednesday (07/08, 20:00).

At 13:50 Polyniki Emmanouilidou will have another chance in the women's 200m, as she will participate in the relays (1st row), claiming a place in the semi-finals of the event that will start at 21:45.

In men's water polo, Greece will face Italy in the 5th and last day of Group A for its 4th victory and the best possible placement in the top four, while at 10:00 Makis Mitas and Emmanouela Katzouraki start their own efforts in the qualifying round of the mixed ski shooting.

In sailing, Cameron Alexandros Maramenidis starts at 13:13 on day 2 of the formula kite, while at 18:05 the brothers Ariadne and Odysseas Spanakis start for races 7 and 8 in 470 mixed at 18:05.

Finally, Ioli Mytilinaiou participates in the women's hurdles qualification, with the races starting at 15:00.
