The announcement of a 24-hour nationwide general strike, on Thursday, September 21, 2023, in protest against the government’s new labor bill, was decided by the Executive Committee of ADEDY.
As stated by ADEDY in a press release, the union is demanding its withdrawal and calling on workers to take part in the rallies being held that same day across the country.
At the same time, ADEDY is calling for a protest rally at Klathmonos Square at 10:30 a.m.
