«CHANGE OF ROLES
The municipal authority exercises power, and therefore has to answer and apologise for its own sins. NOT for the alleged failings of others who have not (yet) exercised authority but instead honor their duty as an opposition. The Mayor
has deliberately confused his role in order to evade charges. Mr. Mayor, when you have the good fortune to pass through the opposition benches, we will see if you have time for questions and scrutiny. Until then, drop the misdirection and answer the questions that are being asked, not of you, but of your office.
