Payments from the Ministry of Labor, e-EFKA, and DYPA, until 09/23

Around €64.1 million will be paid to 91,645 beneficiaries during the week of 19-23 September, as part of the payments made by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (PES).

In particular, as stated in a statement by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:

  1. From the e-EFKA the following payments will be made as part of the institution's regular payments:

- €12.9 million will be paid to 42 414 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident and funeral expenses).

  • €16.2 million will be paid to 630 beneficiaries following the adoption of decisions to award a lump sum.
  1. From the FRA the following payments will be made:
  • €12 million to 30,000 beneficiaries for unemployment and other benefits.

  • €20 million will be paid to 17,000 beneficiaries under subsidised employment schemes.

  • €700,000 will be paid to 1,000 mothers for subsidised maternity leave.

  • €2 million will be paid to 200 beneficiaries for public benefit programmes.

  1. Finally, from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on Wednesday 21 September 2022, an amount of 205,716 euros will be paid to 401 workers in the fur industry as special purpose compensation for the month of August.
