In anticipation of toxicological results of 24-year-old who reported being raped at a New Year's Eve party in a luxury hotel suite in Thessaloniki, is the 5th regular interrogator, who is investigating the case.
The results, which will determine the further development of the judicial investigation, are expected to be delivered by late afternoon to the investigator, in a sealed envelope. Within the same envelope will be the report with the conclusion of the professor of forensic and toxicology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Nikos Rykos, who was appointed as an expert witness in the case.
By evaluating the analyses of the 24-hour urine samples - both those carried out in the laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and those sent to Switzerland - the professor will give answers to two crucial questions in his report: on the one hand, for any detection of drugs (either classical or synthetic and hallucinogens) and on the other hand for alcohol indicators.
In the meantime, the investigator continues to take witness statements and in this context she examined in the past few days the man who allegedly invited the 24-year-old to the party, as well as another person who participated in it.
At the same time, the parallel (prosecutorial) investigation continues for any action pimping rings and in the last 24 hours another complaint, similar to the one submitted to the Justice Department by the criminal lawyer Nikos Dialinas, citing the evidence of a woman - complainant.
