Specifically, he stated that «With their use, the likelihood of their removal and the heart’s return to normal function (recovery) reaches up to 40%, depending on the cause of heart failure and the treatment approaches of the various centers.”. Myocardial regeneration is always the goal».
He then mentioned the Kuhn's cycle in which conventional science is synergistically influenced by revolutionary discoveries. He emphasized the need for a comprehensive approach and the treatment of various pathological processes that lead to heart failure.

He added that it is important to establish indicators for monitoring the functioning of organs—biomarkers. He concluded by referring to the concept of interaction between various systems in the form of networks, access to big data (big data), and the contribution of artificial intelligence to the synthesis and utilization of this data.
