The face-to-face training process continues in schools, universities and universities of applied sciences

Δημοσιεύτηκε στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβέρνησης η απόφαση για τα «Έκτακτα μέτρα προστασίας της δημόσιας υγείας από τον κίνδυνο περαιτέρω διασποράς του κορονοϊού COVID-19 στο σύνολο της Επικράτειας, για το διάστημα από τη Δευτέρα, 22 Νοεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα 06:00 έως και τη Δευτέρα, 6 Δεκεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα 06:00».

According to the Government Gazette, the live educational operation of all primary, secondary and special education school units (kindergartens, primary schools, all-day schools, secondary schools and high schools of general and vocational education) continues with the measures already in force.

The conduct of any form of educational process in the context of programmes of the first, second and third cycle of studies of higher education institutions, such as the teaching of courses (compulsory, compulsory elective or free choice), the holding of seminars, the independent teaching of immersion courses in small groups of students, laboratory exercises, clinical exercises and practical training of students are carried out compulsorily in person and in accordance with the coronavirus prevention measures already in force.

Similarly, with the physical presence of trainees/trainees and trainers and the protection measures in force so far, the structures within the Detention Centres, the Vocational Training Institutes (IEK), the Lifelong Learning Centres (LLLCs), the Second Chance Schools (S.D.E.)

In addition, the in-person operation of language schools and language centres remains in force in accordance with the protection measures.

Specifically, in order to participate in the course, students, candidates and teachers of language schools/language centres who do not present a vaccination certificate or a certificate of illness within the last semester must present to the person in charge of the language school/language centre, for students and candidates, a certificate of a negative self-test carried out two (2) times a week, and for teachers, a certificate of a negative rapid test or PCR carried out two (2) times a week at their own expense. For other staff of language schools/language centres who do not produce a vaccination certificate or a certificate of illness within the last six months, the same applies as for the private sector.
