The total number of cases is 739,448 (daily change +0.6%), of which 50.8% are males. Based on confirmed cases in the last 7 days, 159 are considered to be associated with travel from abroad and 3,023 are associated with an already known case.
There are 38 new deaths of COVID-19 patients, with a total of 15,894 deaths recorded since the start of the epidemic. 95.4% had underlying disease and/or age 70 years or older.
The number of hospitalized intubated patients is 404 (59.4% men). Their median age is 65 years. 79.7% have an underlying disease and/or age 70 years or older. Among intubated patients, 344 (85.15%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 60 (14.85%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 3,312 patients have been discharged from ICUs. New Covid-19 patient admissions to hospitals in the territory are 277 (daily change -6.1%). The seven-day average admission rate is 263 patients. The median age of cases is 39 years (range 0.2 to 106 years), while the median age of deaths is 78 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).
