The official opposition announced the start of workshops of SYRIZA - Progressive Alliance in all prefectures.
«The unmediated contact with local communities, the communication of SYRIZA - Progressive Alliance's positions to them and the consultation in order to address the huge problems they face with accuracy, the energy crisis, the reduction of incomes and the emergence of the development prospects of each region is a key element of SYRIZA - Progressive Alliance's strategy», the statement notes and continues: «In this context, a large cycle of workshops will start tomorrow (Friday 4/11) from Rethymno in each Prefectural Unit, on the six national priorities presented at the Thessaloniki International Trade Fair by Alexis Tsipras and speakers are MPs Kostas Zachariadis, Andreas Xantho and Theano Fotiou. Local bodies, productive forces, representatives of society and all citizens were invited to a discussion about their needs and how the positions of SYRIZA - Progressive Alliance respond to them».
As it is stressed, «the aim of these workshops is to analyse the party's programmatic commitments and to initiate consultation with local communities. In particular, they aim to demonstrate the need to link the positions of SYRIZA - Progressive Alliance with the problems faced locally by each Prefectural Unit».
