The Nursing Home of Kythera «KASIMATEION» The Trifyllio Foundation of Kythira is seeking to hire a full-time employee at the Retirement Home in Potamos, Kythira, for the following position:
Accounting and Office Clerk
The right candidate will actively participate in a range of tasks within the Accounting Department and the Management of the Retirement Home.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Graduate of a Vocational Training Institute (I.E.K.).
- Proven work experience or education in a corresponding or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Knowledge of English.
- Taking the initiative and working as a team to achieve goals.
- Passenger car driver's license (optional).
- Proven involvement in charitable or volunteer activities will be taken into consideration.
GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
Maintenance and Management of Accounting Records and Financial Data Related to Food.
Monitoring the Collection of Food Contributions.
Inventory Management.
Maintenance and Updating of the Employee Roster.
Provision of comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the nursing home’s management.
To take the initiative in handling various matters related to the nursing home.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone/who recognizes the value of serving others and is willing to contribute to the continuous improvement of the residents’ quality of life and satisfaction at the nursing home.
