The Board of Directors of the Association “PORTOKALIA KARAVA KYTHIRON” Association, at its regular meeting held on Monday, June 23, 2025, decided to convene its members to a General Assembly in accordance with Article 23 of the Association's Articles of Association.
Monday, August 18, 2025, is set as the date for the General Meeting, at 11:00 a.m. In the event of a lack of quorum, Monday, August 25, at 11:00 a.m., is set as the repeat and final date.

Election of the Presidium of the General Assembly
1. Review of last year's project
2. Financial report
3. Audit Committee Report for the year 2025
4. Discussion on action planning for 2025-2026
5. Establishment of a committee to clarify the plot of land
6. Recruitment
7. Water scarcity and organization of a scientific conference
8. Planning of activities and events for the upcoming celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of Portokalia (suggestions and ideas)
9. Ensuring that the Municipality of Kythira provides information on approved or planned projects in our area and recording any other necessary information.
10. Grants to our organization from European programs and ministries or private individuals with origins in Karavitis or Kythira
The meeting will be held at the association's offices at the Patricio School.
Efforts will be made to enable those outside Tsirigo to watch/participate via the ZOOM platform (the relevant link will be sent). We remind you that all members who have settled their financial obligations can participate.
