The certification Terra Vita - Rural Tradition & Biodiversity συνεχίζει το ταξίδι της, αυτήν τη φορά στην Αθήνα, δίνοντας το παρών στη Food Expo 2024, τη μεγαλύτερη έκθεση Τροφίμων και Ποτών στη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη και μία από τις σημαντικότερες του είδους της διεθνώς. Η συμμετοχή της πιστοποίησης πραγματοποιείται υπό τη σκέπη της North Aegean Region, η οποία θα φιλοξενήσει εκθέτες με τοπικά προϊόντα σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο περίπτερο.
Τα πιστοποιημένα Terra Vita, λημνιά προϊόντα της Οικογένειας Ποριάζη (παξιμάδια, αλεύρι, φλωμάρια και τραχανάς) και τα τυροκομικά προϊόντα Λήμνου Σταφύλη (μελίχλωρο και καλαθάκι), όπως και το ελαιόλαδο του Agricultural Cooperative of Livadi Kythera θα παρουσιαστούν σε περισσότερους από 40.000 επαγγελματίες της οργανωμένης λιανικής, του χονδρεμπορίου και της εστίασης. Στόχος είναι να εντυπωσιάσουν τους γευστικούς κάλυκες των επισκεπτών και να αναδείξουν την τοπική γαστρονομική αυθεντικότητα, την καινοτομία και την αειφόρο παραγωγή.
Το MedINA, αναπτύσσοντας το οικοσύστημα της πιστοποίησης Terra Vita, υποστηρίζει τα μοναδικά προϊόντα της ελληνικής γης, τα οποία παράγονται με παραδοσιακές και αειφόρες πρακτικές. Συμβάλλει έτσι στη διαμόρφωση ενός αειφόρου αγροδιατροφικού μέλλοντος, προάγοντας την τοπική γαστρονομική ταυτότητα και ενδυναμώνοντας τους παραγωγούς.
Οι επισκέπτες στον χώρο της Περιφέρειας Βορείου Αιγαίου, αλλά και στο περίπτερο της πιστοποίησης Terra Vita, θα γευθούν μοναδικά τοπικά προϊόντα και θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να μάθουν την ιστορία που κρύβεται πίσω από κάθε γεύση και αγροδιατροφική παράδοση!

The programme «Terra Kytheria - Sustainable Agriculture in Kythera» aims to support olive growers and promote Kythera's olive oil. It is based on a cultivation and certification system, which is adapted to local methods and preserves the biodiversity and traditional agricultural landscapes of the island.
