Three weeks after the «Tonight I am near you», another single from his new work «ANIME» released, the entire new album of Phoebus Delivoria is now available on the channel of the record label Inner Ear on YouTube. Among the 10 songs is the shocking «Eleni Topaloudi», which the singer-songwriter first performed live with his guitar at Kyttaro Live 2 years ago, deeply touching all those who had been at the historic rock club that night.
The album «ANIME» includes 10 new songs with lyrics, music and performance by Phoebus Delivoria. As detailed in the note accompanying the release:
ANIME is the 8th studio album in a row by Phoebus Delivorias.
Songs born in the quicksand of the years 2018-2022, with the soul agitated, melancholic or in ecstasy and with the guitar as a kind of extension.
Love and current affairs, society and the self, violence and giving, war and the child, are some of his windows.
The sound -a happy coexistence of Phoebus, his band and the poet-producer Vassilis Dokakis- was captured in the old studios of Finos Film and in a small studio next to the first cemetery of Athens, so he has several souls on his side.
The title is what it is - written in Greek and Latin with the same letters and touching in various ways on animation.
In addition to Phoebus' close artistic family (Sotiris Douvas, Kostis Christodoulou, Kostas Pantelis, Yoel Soto and Nefeli Fasouli) and the awesome child Vassilis Dokakis, the cousin Fotis Siotas and the great Thodoris Rellos, Dimitris Siambos, Jim Staridas and Dimitris Kourtis participate and provide valuable support.
