The 17-year-old girl who killed her 22-year-old friend with a knife in her house, in Megalo Alexandrou Street in Maroussi, on Sunday afternoon, will be brought before the prosecutor within the day.
According to police sources, the minor, who is in a state of shock, has only told police officers so far that she killed her friend because she asked her to break off their relationship.
According to the same sources, the 17-year-old girl is said to be facing serious psychological problems, while her father, who is a doctor, found her covered in blood when he returned home last night with her mother.
The 17-year-old girl was taken yesterday evening by the Subdirectorate of Northeast Attica to the Subdirectorate for the Protection of Minors, where she is detained.
