With a harsh announcement, the Kytheria Foundation clarifies its exclusive ownership of a property in Alimos, in response to a recent event of the Municipality of Alimos. The Foundation denounces illegal interventions that «freeze» the development of its property and strictly calls on the Municipality of Alimos to refrain from any unauthorized initiative or «consultation». PRESS RELEASE
On the occasion of the «event» held at the Alimos Music School, at the invitation of the Mayor of Alimos, on 15/3/2026, on the exploitation of the property located in Alimos, Attica (P.T. 264), on Kythiria Street, No. 73-75-77 (P.T. 264), for the accurate recording and restoration of the (real and legal) order, we report the following:
It is PROVIDED that the exclusive ownership, possession and possession of the property in question belongs to the TRIPHYLLION CITY FOUNDATION, on the basis of legal, valid and most unassailable titles, therefore any use of the property falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of our Foundation and is controlled ONLY by the Ministry of Finance, as the supervising authority. Apart from this, no other natural or legal person (private or public) is entitled to decide on the exploitation and the general condition of the property (alien to it).
The fact that the exploitation of the property in question has been «frozen» for some time now, is due exclusively to a series of (established) illegal, bad faith and abusive actions of third parties (natural and legal) persons, known to all.
The Kytheria Triphyleion Foundation, legally represented only by its Board of Directors, has not submitted any formal proposal to any (non-beneficiary) body, in order to cause «consultation» and to grant, even the right to express an opinion, to persons who have no such right anyway. Therefore, any such event or as it is called «consultation», with the purpose of exploiting the Foundation's property, is without object.
In particular, as regards the Municipality of Alimos, we would recommend, in the future, to refrain from any initiative that generally concerns the property in question, from any action that (illegally) prevents its exploitation, as well as from any act detrimental to our Foundation, when over time corresponding acts have been duly declared illegal.

The popular demand, however, is different.
What else are we going to cement anymore?
We don't need any more cement. We need culture and education...
