The Director of the General Hospital – K.Y. Kythira «Trifyllio,» Theodoros Koukoulis, visited Athens to develop institutional contacts on issues concerning the operation of the hospital. During his stay, he met with the Director and Deputy Director of the 2nd Regional Health Authority, Christos Roilos and Dimitris Drosos, to whom he presented all the issues concerning the unit.
He also met with the Director of the Political Office of the Minister of Health and informed the Members of Parliament for Piraeus, Kostas Katsafados, Domna Michailidou, and Nikos Vlachakos, requesting their assistance with pending issues.
At the same time, he collaborated with officials from the 2nd Regional Health Authority on issues relating to the effective operation of the hospital.
Finally, it is announced that the position of Anesthesiologist at the level of Director is being re-advertised, with a deadline for submission of applications from December 29 to January 14, 2026.
